Banana & Coconut Chocolate Chip “Cookies”

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups of shredded coconut (unsweetened)
⅓ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix
In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Stir in shredded coconut and chocolate chips until fully combined.
3. Form cookies
Scoop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and lightly flatten into cookie shapes.
4. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until set and lightly golden on the edges.
5. Cool
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving so they hold their shape.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness
Store in the fridge for a firmer texture
Add a pinch of salt if you want to enhance flavor (optional but recommended)
